When your finances make sense, everything else gets easier. Honest coaching for people with better things to do.
→ GET IN TOUCH[ THE APPROACH ]
Most financial advice comes with something attached. A product, a plan, a pitch. What people actually want is simpler — someone to sit down with them, look at their real situation, and just be straight about it. That's what this is.
→ LEARN MORE[ WHY COMPOUND ]
Small adjustments.
Big returns.
Compound isn't just about interest rates. It's about what happens when you get one thing right and it creates space for the next. Pay off debt and you stop losing sleep. Stop losing sleep and you show up better for your family. Show up better for your family and you have more to give to the people and things that actually matter.
Athletes know this too. A small adjustment in bike position, a tweak to your training load, dialing in your recovery — none of it feels dramatic in the moment. But it stacks. The same thing happens when you finally get your finances under control. The wins are small at first. Then they're not.
That's the compound effect — and it starts with getting clarity on your money.

[ INDIVIDUAL ]
Steven Reed
YNAB Certified Financial Coach
"There's no shortage of financial content out there. What's harder to find is someone who will just sit down with you and be straight."
After working as a licensed financial professional, I walked away. Not because the work wasn't interesting — but because the model wasn't built around the client. Too much prospecting, selling, steering people toward things they didn't ask for.
What I kept hearing was simpler. People didn't want someone to manage their money. They wanted a real conversation — someone to look at their actual situation, give an honest take, and let them decide.
I lean into the Colorado stereotype pretty hard — snowboarding, mountain biking, road biking, trail running, chasing my kids around. For me, money has always been about one thing: living the life I want without the stress of not knowing where I stand.
As a YNAB Certified Coach, I've completed formal training with the YNAB team and have ongoing access to their coaching resources and community. Not employed by YNAB — but not out here winging it either.
Fill out the form above and let's figure out if it makes sense to work together.
